This is the oil filter end plate for John Deere Dubuque series two cylinder tractors. Our plate is a heavy 16ga stainless steel. Impervious to rust and stays flat insuring a good seal for the filter. Usually this plate is found missing because during the previous oil change, this plate had attached itself by suction, to the filter element and was discarded. Without a sealing plate your filter is effectively by-passed.
