This is a product that we recondition from used inventory. The tappet lever is checked for soundness, not bent, thoroughly cleaned and sandblasted. The old bushing is removed. A new bushing is installed and reamed to correct oil clearance. The tip is reground to remove the wear groove. We then seal with a cosmoline product. We allow a $10.00 credit for each tappet lever and $5.00 credit for each adjuster. (see GP-B1859R adjuster, tappet).
