This is our kit for the John Deere Waterloo built two cylinder tractors. We are constantly working on new and better parts for this critical assembly. There are nine individual parts in our kit. This kit will replace the components found INSIDE the fan tube except for the spring. The GP-B293R Oring seals the tube at the governor. If the fan drive gear is removed, another GP-JD7654R bearing would be needed. If used on the Model G tractor another rear retainer washer (GP-D1736RSS) would be needed. All parts shown and referenced are available separately. Instructions for lubricating the cork and felt seals are included. Your parts and service manuals will show correct installation sequence. Please note that earlier fan shafts required a spacer (B2129R). We do not currently produce this part, preferring to replace your fanshaft front splined end with our repair end. We find this a superior fix over Deere's short term fix. Later Deere shafts were completely redesigned to eliminate several issues which our repair does as well. Fanshaft repairs are a major operation requiring a thorough understanding of this assembly. There are several difficult to obtain parts involved.
