This is our new fanshaft for John Deere Model A-60 tractors. It is a 3 pc weldment like your original. All our fanshaft components found in GP - AA6240RKIT will fit our shafts which can be purchased with this shaft at a discount. ( see MPI). The models A 584000-60 uses a fanshaft that has the ventilator pump provision hence the drive end is machined 3 1/2” inches. John Deere Model A tractors that were previous to the ventilator pump used a fanshaft similar to this shaft. The lengths are identical, but the A1176R shaft required a B2129R spacer and no ventilator pump.
